Hrithik Roshan's 3D plans go kaput
Hrithik Roshan fans might be in for a little disappointment as his upcoming film ‘Krrish 3’ won’t be released in 3D format. Latest buzz has it that the film is not being shot in 3D format and might release in just 2D format.
Talking to a daily, a source said, “The film that has international action director Tony Ching (Shaolin Soccer, House of Flying Daggers) on sets is currently being shot in 2D format only.”
The film is scheduled for Diwali release, and with the VFX work still under process it seems releasing the film in 3D format is a far-fetched dream. Since the VFX and visual imagery would take around 6 months to complete.
“There may be a 3D version closer to the release date, depending on the market requirement then. However, as of now, the Roshans have no plans to divide their audience by releasing two versions,” the source added.
