Ace director Sanjay Leela Bhansali is all set for his first television show ‘SaraswatiChandra’. The launch of the show, which was a grand affair, saw the attendance of Bollywood diva Rani Mukherji to unveil the first poster of the show.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali has worked with several actresses Madhuri Dixit in ‘Devdas’, Aishawarya Rai Bachchan in ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ and ‘Devdas’ and Rani Mukerji in ‘Black’. Even though he has worked with Ash in two films, Bhansali still prefers Rani over her and calls her the best actor with whom he has worked.

Bhansali says, “This show means a lot to me for we have worked extremely hard. I m happy Rani agreed to unveil the poster of my show. She gave a superb performance in ‘Black’ and she is the best actor I have worked with.”

Commenting further on the show, Bhansali said, “Television is not easy at all. Actors and directors have their own different demands. Small screen is becoming bigger than big screen. We have made this show for the current audiences. We have made some changes so that the people accept it.”

Well, it’s time to see if the show will hit the TRP charts and grab everyone’s attention.
