Leaked: HTC M7, will have 4.7 full HD display
We have some latest leaked pictures of the next HTC flagship phone the M7 which is scheduled to be launched this year. The pictures which come from Unwiredview, reveal some details about the new phone.
“Thanks to a trusted source with access to an early version of its firmware, we’ve finally been given a first look at the HTC M7” says Unwiredview. The post also says that this picture comes from a part of a short animation clip instructing new owners on first-time SIM card installation. Since there if no branding on the model, this may not be the exact model which the company will release.
The M7 is expected to sport a 4.7 inch full HD display screen, which will run on a 1.7 GHz quad-core processor. According to earlier news this phone will sport a 13 megapixel camera with capability to record videos in high definition. In these leaked images we could see a front camera. According to a TomsHardware story the screen will have a pixel density of 468 Pixels Per Inch (ppi) and will be much higher than sported by the iPhone 5. The display is being called the ultra high resolution SoLux display, which is better than the previous super LCD2 displays.
This phone is expected to run the Android Jelly Bean operating system and will feature 4G LTE and next-generation Wi-Fi connectivity. This is expected to be launched at the Mobile World Congress next month and is expected to placed at a higher price point.
