Nokia has started rolling out the Windows 7.8 operating system update for its Lumia 610 phone in India.

“Nokia Windows Phone 7.8 update is now available for your smartphone. Get Bluetooth share, customisable tiles, camera extras and lots more” announces Nokia on its facebook page today. The user can visit the software update page here. Lumia 610 users will get the notification on their phone when they’re ready to go. To download the software update, what you need to do is to connect your phone to the PC and use the Zune PC app. If you are on a Mac you can use the Windows Phone app for Mac. These app are can be downloaded here.

This new update offers new resizable Live Tiles, Bluetooth sharing and camera extras features like SmartShoot, Action Shot and Panorama. Once you’re done, get the new apps from Marketplace on your phone.
