New Delhi: When we were recently scooting for new cars on the block, we came across a couple of snaps of the facelifted Toyota Corolla EX sedan, which might make it to Indian roads sometime next year. These visuals which we bring to you are from the Guangzhou Auto Show, where the car happned to be one of the highlights of the event. However, unlike the older edition, there havent been too many radical changes except the front grille, new headlamps, and marginally large tail lamps.
On the interior, the there is a dual tone shading of beige and black mainly, which has changed since the last edition. Also the central control panel along with some subtle changes to the dashboard have been made, which gives the space a neater and cleaner look as a whole.
In terms of the engine, the Corolla EX houses a 1.6-litre petrol machine, which will be giving out 120HP and 152Nm of peak torque. There will be a 5-speed automatic transmission to drive the vehicle, or one could even pick from a 4-speed automatic edition as well. The prices for the Indian lot has however not been revealed, as the Toyota is yet to reveal the car in India.
