Bigg Boss 6: 'Tiger' Salman 'beats' Shah Rukh, Hrithik, Aamir
Mumbai/Pune: The Tiger has roared yet again!
Salman Khan is surely the real Tiger of Bollywood.
Basking in the glow of Ek Tha Tiger success, Salman has his pockets full of big bucks.
The actor -- who is set to return for the third consecutive season of Bigg Boss tonight, will take home Rs 4 crore per episode.
Salman had pockted Rs 3 crore per episode last year.
With this, Salman has become the highest-paid Bollywood actor on the tube. Aamir Khan was paid Rs 3 crore per episode for Satyamev Jayate, followed by Shah Rukh Khan (Total Wipeout: Zor Ka Jhatka, Rs 2 crore per episode), Hrithik Roshan (Just Dance, Rs 2 crore per episode), and Akshay Kumar (Khatron Ke Khiladi season four, Rs 1.5 crore per episode).
Amitabh Bachchan, however, continues to be the king of all actors. He has signed a handsome deal of Rs. 100 crore for three seasons of Kaun Banega Crorepati.
This season, more than 70 cameras will follow every move of the contestants round-the-clock.
Salman will host the show for the third time. Last year, the superstar hosted the show along with fellow actor Sanjay Dutt.
There are likely to be 17 people locked in the House this season.
Those in the list include cricketer-turned-BJP MP Navjot Singh Siddu, former head of Gulabi dacoit gang Sampat Lal, controversial cartoonist Aseem Trivedi, popular TV actress Urvashi Dholakia, Aashka Goradia and Sayantani Ghosh, actors Rajiv Paul and Delnaz Irani, comic actor Vrajesh Hirjee and Bhojpuri actor Dinesh Lal Yadav.
