Bhopal: With Christmas round the corner, hotels, malls, shopping complexes are gearing up to celebrate the festival. Many private groups and hotels in the city have chalked out plans for Christmas. Exciting offers and fanfare is in the offing. The Joint Christian Forum in the city will take out a procession to mark the celebrations.

The mid-night services, prayer and celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ will begin from December 24. The Christian community in the city is all pepped up to participate in the celebrations.

The city people may also enjoy the theme based celebration parties, being hosted by numerous hotels and clubs in the city. Hotel Shiraj has planned a ‘Black and Silver’ theme party on December 24 to give a feel of an exuberant nightclub to the city people. The hotel has roped in a guest DJ to add music flavour to the party. The menu on the day will include feasts from different parts of the world including Indian cuisine. Also, the hotel management has planned giveaway return gifts to their guests at the party.

On the other hand, Kanha Fun City is likely to offer a full-day party to its guests on December 24. The management has organised various competitions for kids and youths so as to entertain the people. The Christmas party will start by 11 am and will continue till 6 pm on December 24.

The BSSS Holy Family Church is the place to be at on the eve of December 24. The church will be seen decorated in a red and white colour combination on the Christmas Eve. The church will hold procession followed by Coir group performance. There will also be a cake-cutting ceremony to mark the birth of Jesus Christ.
