Jaipur: The Pre PG online examination of Rajasthan University of Health Science, scheduled on Saturday, is postponed to February 13 due to disruption in server connectivity at GIT centre in Sitapura. Due to this, students who appeared for the examination protested against the authorities concerning the examination.
According to source, disruption occurred with the online connectivity during the Pre PG online exam. The angry students came out from the examination hall and started demonstrating outside the examination centre.
On being informed about the protest, Anuprerna Kuntal, registrar, Rajasthan University of Health Science registrar, reached the spot and assured the protesters, with a clarification of technical problem at server. Meanwhile, the core committee of RUHS, has assured the students that those who didn’t appear at the examination due to technical error will be eligible to sit for the online exam on Monday during 2 pm to 5 pm.
Meanwhile in another incident in the city, resident doctor protested peacefully by taking up ‘Gandhigiri’ and giving caps to every aspirant who appeared the Pre PG online examination at GIT centre in Sitapura.
Doctors are very angry against the state government in betraying over the commitment, said Dr Ajay Choudhary. Doctor are demanding their rights and asking government, regarding their mutual commitment on December 31, he added. He said the government must stand on whatever it has promised with the doctors.
