Meet the ex-ministers who refuse to vacate the government bungalows

Jaipur: They hold no portfolio now, but they refuse to vacate their government bungalows. Apart from Bhanwari Devi murder case accused Mahipal Maderna, there are many other ministers who continue to occupy the government bungalows even after they were sacked.
This has forced many ministers and Parliamentary secretaries to stay in their own house. Even the IPS officers are facing the same problem.
Bhaskar brings to a list of some such ministers who refuse to let go off the bungalows:
1. Mahipal Maderna:
Former Water Resources Minister of Rajasthan, Mahipal Maderna, is an accused in the Bhanwari Devi murder case and is currently in jail. Bungalow number 49, Civil Lines, was alloted to Maderna after he took over as the minister for Water Resources. He was sacked on 16 October, 2011, but he hasn't yet vacated the bungalow.
He also occupies Jodhpur District Head's bungalow C-51. He was Maderna was elected as the chief of Jodhpur zilla parishad in 1981, 1988, 1994 and 2000.
