Rajasthan teen 'Devika' sends Kasab to his end
Jaipur: Devika Rotawan (14) played a pivotal role in sending perpetrator of 26/11 attacks, Kasab to his final end. Devika, who was disabled by the bullets fired by Amir Ajmal Kasab, is one of the prime eye-witness of the terror attacks.
In June last year, the little girl, who is now on crutches had identified Kasab in the court as one of the two gunmen who had opened fire at her and other passengers at CST. The girl hails from Pali, a district in Rajasthan and is a daughter of a middle-class businessman
At the time of attacks, Rotawan was standing at the CST station when Kasab and his accomplice started gun fire killing at least 72 people.
Rotawan did not lose hope and in June, 2011 identified Kasab in the court asserting that he must get death penalty and deserves no mercy. According to media reports, While pronouncing the verdict, Judge Tahaliyani said evidence given by the girl has been appreciated and she has shown a lot of courage.
