Ranchi: As the Ranchi gears up to host its first ODI today, the pitch curator of the newly built Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) stadium feels that the team batting first will score somewhere around 350 runs.

Terming it as a 'sporty' pitch, curator Basu Dev said that it will provide optimum bounce to score runs.

Board of Control for Cricket in India's (BCCI's) chairman of the ground and pitches committee Daljit Singh and zonal curator Ashish Kumar Bhowmik were also in Ranchi to oversee the pitch's preparation.

After leveling the five-match series 1-1, Team India, headed by skipper MS Dhoni will take on England on Friday here.
