A person with long nails on all ten fingers cannot do many things such as open cokes, be a road worker, a builder, or a typist. This is particularly true if fingernails were 2-3cm or longer.

This rather unfortunate woman suffered from bilateral hypertrophy of both breasts. Amazingly she survived an operation to remove them both. After removal the left breast weighed close to 8 Kg and the right close to 20 Kg.

There are varying definitions ranging from an excessive breast tissue, that is the expected breast tissue plus extraordinary breast tissue.
