‘Injury King’ Shah Rukh Khan has had 8 surgeries in 25 years!

The King Khan of B-town underwent his much postponed shoulder surgery at Lilawati hospital on Tuesday after he had injured himself during the shooting of Rohit Shetty’s Chennai Express.
But this is not the first time that Shahrukh Khan went under the knife -- the bruised actor has been suffering the wrath of his hectic work schedule for years now. Did you know that the 47-year-old actor has had 7 surgeries, now 8 in his 25-year-long career!
Nonetheless the King has never let his physical troubles get into the way of his unstoppable rocketing career, delaying surgeries and always standing firm on his professional commitments.
Here’s a look into the injuries and surgeries that SRK has suffered over the years.

Three broken ribs- Happened in the early 90s at film city. He had to jump on Anupam Kher who accidentally lifted his leg, hitting SRK on the chest and fracturing three of his ribs.
Twisted ankle- For a fight sequence Shahrukh jumped from first floor and twisted his ankle
Broken right toe- 1993, he severely injured his right toe while shooting a jump sequence.
Injury to his left shoulder- 2008, he tore his supraspinatus (muscle of the upper arm).
Neck injury- 2006, he suffered a neck injury while performing a stunt in Shakti.
Injured left knee- He suffered an injury in the left knee three times
