Like most cars from Audi, the 2014 RS7 has been given quiet the monster of an engine. As per details, its going to be a 553 HP 4.0-litre twin turbo V-8 engine. With an ability to zoom from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.9 seconds, the maximum acceleration possible in this car is 250 kmph. There are also options for the Dynamic and Dynamic Plus packages, which will raise the top speed by another 100 kmph or so, but then one needs to know, how often do you exactly top 250 kmph. For those who are really geeking up on their mean machines, the 2014 RS7 will be sporting the 8-speed automatic transmission and the Quattro all-wheel-drive system.
- 3 of 5In order to cater to a sporty group of consumers, the fixtures and the overall designing has certianly been turned up good. The frontal end shows some big air gates, and the new honeycomb style grille with the 'Quattro' badge at its centre. On the rear end, there are 2 oval shaped exhaust pipes, giving the car a racing geeks toy for indulgence. On the body, there are generous endowments of carbon fibre which makes this sedan a light one compared to its size. Also, alcantara leather has been put in every inch possible on the interior including the racing style flat bottom steering wheel. To ensure that you are always in comfortable weather, there is 3-zone climate control, apart from the navigation system to help yout reach your destiny with ease.

Since Audi will be attracting a lot of discerning auto technology enthusiasts, they can be assured that the Drive Select system, which allows the driver to fine-tune the sportback's driving characteristics, is very much a prt of the setup. In Dynamic mode, for example, throttle response is sharpened, more weight is added to the steering feel, and the air suspension is further stiffened.

Hence the price and vailability in India isnt known, but it would be safe to assume to be near the Rs 1 crore mark. Perhaps the next Delhi Auto Show will have this one from Audi touch Indian grounds, but the brand will be looking for something that can get them the volumes in a market like India.
