Vision problems are quickly becoming a common disease in this day and age. With people spending more and more hours in their day infront of computer, on their phone and TV, its the eyes that are taking a hit. It comes as no surprise that even kids these days are complaining of issues like burning eyes, stress and poor vision.
 
So what can we do at personal level to curb this problem? We contacted some Ayurvedic practitioners and this is what they adviced. The tips are simple and won't cost you any penny.

1) Eye exercise
There is an easy way to stimulate your eye muscles every morning. Do this simple exercise: Sitting in a upright position, rotate your eyes upwards, downwards, and then to the right and left. Then rotate your eyes clockwise and anti-clockwise direction.
