There have been enough times when health sites have quoted experts telling us how important it is to drink at least 8 glass of water every day. But does that make any difference to us? Well, no. we know that chugging 8 glasses of water every day makes us look better and lose weight too. But how true is it? Ever tried?
 
We need water to survive that is a universal truth but when you ensure that your body is getting as much water as it needs you are doing some wonderful favours to your body and to yourself. But how much water is enough water? Experts say that while the water requirements of individuals may vary from person to person but ideally 8 to 10 glasses of water are a must for anyone.

I LOST WEIGHT
 
Drinking 8 glasses of water everyday for a week made me lose around 1 kg weight. I felt more fuller. And most of the time when I felt hungry I would drink a glass of water and realise that actually I was not hungry but thirsty.
