The Astounding Case Of This McDonald's Meal Bought In 2010, That Hasn't Gone Bad Yet! Still Lovin' It?

Doctors keep on giving us several reasons to avoid fast food but in vain. Now one woman in Alaska has come up with a strange yet sensible reason to convince us to stop eating junk. She conducted an experiment in which she analyzed a McDonalds Happy Meal bought back in 2010. The meal has been sitting at her office desk for the last six years but it didn’t rot, mold or decompose at all.
Jennifer Lovdahl is a chiropractor in Alaska and she conducted the experiment to warn people about the ill effects of consuming junk. Jennifer says that the food smells only of cardboard and you might have no idea how much chemicals are there in it. Imagine the effects it would have on our children!
Emphasizing on the benefits of including fresh fruits and vegetables in our diet, Jennifer deduced from her experiment that the box of food and the paper receipt will decompose faster than the food. The post has been shared multiple times on the social media with people calling the pictures ‘gross’ and ‘disgusting’.
This is not the first time that someone has chronicled this peculiarity of the Mc Donald’s food item. In 2009 a man purchased the last Mc Donald’s meal in Iceland before the chain closed down in the country and was shocked to find that the meal looked almost the same even after 6 years.

Is it really chemicals and preservatives that is doing this?
The bill seems to be in a worse condition than the food.
Jennifer is a chiropractor by profession and she did the experiment to prove to her patients that junk food is not good for their health.
This is how natural and un-natural food decompose over the time.
A man once put a paper bag containing a Mc Donald's meal in his jacket and forgot the jacket in his car's trunk. He found it two years later only to discover that the food hasn't decomposed yet.
