Pune: Pune Police finally have got a breakthrough in the Narendra Dabholkar murder case as they have stumbled upon the footages of 7 CCTV cameras, which have the images of both the killers. The CCTVs were installed around Shaniwar Peth, which is closer to the area of crime. 
The suspects were spotted riding their motorcycle in Shaniwar Peth, Jangli Maharaj Road and near Pune Municipal Corporation in the morning of the day when Dabolkar was shot. 
Pune Police is leaving no stones unturned in the cracking the case of murder of rationalist Narendra Dabholkar. However, even after questioning 1,500 people, the investigation has not made much progress.  The police acquired data of 8 crore phone calls and footage from 110 CCTV cameras. 
The police commissioner Gulab Rao Pol said that the killing involved contract killer. However, the police have not been able to find out any motive for the killing. Around 200 criminals from Pune, 900 from outside the city, and about 80 activists of radical Hindu organisations have been questioned. 
The city police have decided to send the CCTV footage of the suspected killers to London for enhancement of the image quality. As of now, the face of the attacker is not clearly visible. 
Police informed that two days back they sent the footage to a laboratory in Mumbai from where it will be sent to London.
