7-8 IM operative conducted operation ‘Hyderabad’
According to intelligence sources, LeT gave the responsibility of blast to Indian Mujahideen. Yaseen and Reyaz Bhatkal had recently met operatives of Bashir Camp in Dubai. HuJI helped IM in Secunderabad and Hyderabad in the operation. Apart from Hyderabad’s Dilsukhnagar, IM conducted recce in Kolkata, Bangalore and Chennai. HuJI conducted a recce in Bodhgaya also. HuJI’s sleeper cell and Nanded Module provided IM with bicycles and explosives. A group of 7 or 8 IM terrorists were given charge of the explosion.

Agencies grilling terrorists in Jail
Security agencies are trying to take leads in the case by grilling terrorists lodged in various jails across India. Their grilling has revealed important information pertaining to the case. Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde told Bhaskar “We are investigating the case on many levels. Something concrete would emerge soon”.
NIA sources told that the agency has dispatched six teams to Darbhanga in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Nanded (Maharashtra), Jharkhand and Coimbatore to reach to the bottom of the controversy. The investigation has exposed important information that sleeper cells of many dormant terror outfits are helping IM and other active groups in their activities.

Delhi next target
Security agencies have alerted Delhi Police that the next target of these terrorists could be Delhi. Indira Gandhi International Airport could be targeted. Banned Islamic students group SIMI operatives can carry out the mission to wreck havoc in the national capital. Agencies have given specific details that terrorists can enter India via air from Nepal and Bangladesh. The IGI security agencies have been advised to keep a watch on people coming from these nations.
After the alert, security has been beefed up at the airport. The baggage of people coming from the two nations is going through five levels of security. Sleuths, stationed at the airport, are scrutinizing every person landing in India.
