New Delhi: Congress President Sonia Gandhi's name has been recommended for the Nobel Peace Prize 2012.
A Delhi-based organization, International Awakening Centre, has recommended her name for the prestigious award.
The organisation has described the UPA chairperson as a “great world peace lover and a great human social worker”.
Noteworthy, International Awakening Centre (IAC) recommended Sonia Gandhi's name for the ninth time in a row for this coveted award.
The proposal has been made to the director of Norwegian Institute, Gier Lundestad, to include her name in the approved list of Nobel Peace Prize Committee.
