Chennai's Fish Chanakya predicts Euro 2012

Chennai: Chennai: With all its previous six predictions about Euro 2012 turning out to be correct, a fish named Chanakya is seen as another Paul octopus in making.
Since June 18, Chanakya has made six predictions so far and to utter surprise of the visitors and football fans here, all of them have turned out to be correct.
On Thursday, Chanakya picked Portugal against the Czech Republic and similarly the next day, she preferred Germany over Greece.
According to Chanakya's owner Kumaresan, an Engineer by profession, he feeds her in two different bowls with flags of both the countries in each of them. The bowl from which Chanakya picks up the food is predicted as the winner.
Chanakya will predict the winning team for the remaining matches on June 24, 27, 29, and on July 1 at noon.
Indian Community Welfare Organisation (ICWO) is organising all these predictions at Kumaresan's residence in Anna Nagar.
NGO is also planning to use this opportunity to create awarenss about the endangered varieties of fishes— Bluefin Tuna, Maltese Ray, Goliath Grouper, European Eel, Bocaccio Rockfish, Winter Skate, Orange Roughy, Acadian Redfish, Beluga Sturgeon and Atlantic Halibut.
With its previous accurate predictions, Chanakya is not only giving astrologers a run for their money, it has also become centre of attraction among football fans of the city.
