IPL 5: Warner's unbeaten ton sends Deccan Chargers packing

Hyderabad: David Warners' unbeaten ton powered Delhi Daredevils' to regisster a nine wicket comprehensive win over the hosts. After Sehwag's early departure in chase, Warner and Naman Ojha got together to knit an unbeaten 189 runs record partnesrhip for the second wicket. Warner hammered 109 off just 54 balls to rout Deccan Chargers on their home ground.
Delhi Daredevils suffered first setback in the first over when skipper Virender Sehwag was dismissed by Shikhar Dhawan in the first over. Sehwag was caught out at the score of four runs.
After losing thier skipper, Virender Sehwag early in the chase, David Warner and Naman Ojha took control of the situation and hammered Deccan Chargers' bowlers all around the ground.
Deccan Chargers ran out of options against both these Delhi batsmen, who were best on on their forms.
Warner hammered fifty runs in just 26 balls. He was followed by Naman Ojha, who completed his fifty in 38 balls. Both of them continued with their superb performance to maneuver Delhi to a comperhensive nine wicket win over the hosts.
Earlier, Shikhar Dhawan's super 84 off 49 and White's 65 off 40 guided Deccan Chargers to a total of 187 runs against the hosts.
Deccan Chargers lost Daniel Harris and Kumar Sangakkara in the early overs after electing to bat against Delhi Daredevils. Harris fall prey to Morkel in the fifth over after scoring 19 off 17. He was soon followed by skipper Kumar Sangakkara at the score of four runs. He was dismissed by Varun Aron.
Shikhar Dhawan and Cameron White put up a brilliant performance to steer out Deccan Chargers from the early jolts. Both of them added 126 runs for the third wicket to guide Deccan Chargers to the score of 159 before Dhawan was run out after a super knock of 84 off 49 balls.
After Dhawan's departure, White took control of the charge and guided to the hosts to a comfortable score against Daredevils. White was also dismissed by Aaron at the score of 65.
