24-yr old photographer impresses Rio with ‘Buddha Weeps in Jadugoda’

    Ranchi: Passion for work and satisfaction is the real ingredient of success. The 24-year old youth from Jadugoda in East Singhbhoom has earned recognition in Brazil from his photographic excellence.
    Ashish Biruli has now become an international photographer whose photography exhibition was showcased in Rio De Janeiro between 15 May 26 May.
    During the 3rd International Uranium Film Festival in Rio de Janeiro, Ashish's photography was showcased titled "Buddha weeps in Jadugoda."
    Ghanshyam Biruli, father of Ashish Biruli, has been working for a long time on uranium radiation in Jadugoda. He even formed a group “Jharkhandese Organisation Against Radiation”. Like his father, even Ashish wants to work for the betterment of the victims of Jadugoda. He wants to present the real side of Jadugoda in front of the world with his photography and documentary.
    National award winning filmmaker and activist Shri Prakash is currently in Brazil. In a telephonic conversation with Dainik Bhaskar, he said he was extremely elated over the response received over Ashish’s photography. He said he along with other people in the exhibition were missing Ashish.
