Amidst all the celebrity fitness trainers, there’s Praveen Tokas, who is known to train ‘celebrity couples’. The US trained gym guru has Imran Khan-Avantika Mallik and Emraan Hashmi-Parveen Shahani as his clients, among other known faces.

    Amidst all the celebrity fitness trainers, there’s Praveen Tokas, who is known to train ‘celebrity couples’. The US trained gym guru has Imran Khan-Avantika Mallik and Emraan Hashmi-Parveen Shahani as his clients, among other known faces.
    “No the wives don’t accompany their husbands, all four of them come solo at a time which is best suitable for them,” says Praveen with a grin when quizzed if the husband and wife jodi works out together at the gym.
    Interestingly, Praveen has been training all the four since the past five years. However Avantika called it quits recently after she delivered her baby.

    Imran Khan
    Regime: The actor prefers Angular Functional Fitness, where Praveen Tokas fixes up the weak spots which the fitness guru marks while the actor is doing basic things like running or jumping. Imran also does yoga once in a week.
    Duration: Imran works out for an hour, five days a week.
    Wardrobe: The actor’s gym outfit includes shorts and ganjees
    Music: Imran doesn’t like to play music while working out.
    Diet: He’s on a medium carb diet which includes consumption of 100 to 200 carbs a day. I also make it a compulsion to have 3 walnuts, 3 almonds and fish oil every day.
