Hand gestures on Air, just like Tom Cruise did in the Hollywood flick Minority Report can be a reality soon. This new technology from Taiwan called the i-Air can project a virtual touch-based interface in the user's field of vision.

Taiwan's nonprofit Industrial Technology Research Institute has designed a special glasses (bulkier than the Google Glass) that can project the screen of a tablet of laptop in front of your eyes on a virtual screen. You can touch the interface on this virtual screen as you do in your tablet/laptop and the screen will respond to your command.

Seems like, virtual reality shown in Tom Cruise’s Minority Report will be a reality soon, with special glass to begin the revolution with. The technology takes capabilities of wearable technology to an altogether new level.
