    Last year at Karwa Chauth a student of mine raised a very important question at our Home Yogis’ Home shala, “Kirti, every year I fast for my husband, but by the time evening comes I am exhausted. Fasting doesn’t relieve one of duties as a mother… by the time moon shows up, I have no energy left. I starve myself whole day for this man & when the time comes I am too exhausted for romance. Can you do something about it?”

    I can’t, but Yoga can. So, I shared some tips of ancient yogis with her. Next morning she called me to say thanks, “It worked Kirti. For the first time in seven years, I wasn’t dizzy in the evening.”

    So, here’s what I shared with her:
