TTP-JA threatens PM Narendra Modi on twitter after Wagah blast
New Delhi: After devastating suicide bombing on the Wagah blast, the Pakistani terror group has threatened Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take revenge on Wednesday.
A prominent militant and spokesperson Ehsanullah Ehsan, for the terror group Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan Jamaat Ahrar (TTP-JA) had tweeted on Monday “You (Modi) are the killer of hundreds of Muslims. We wl take the revenge of innocent people of Kashmir amd Gugrat." However Indian intelligence official claimed the account appearing genuine.
The blast on Sunday killed 57 Pakistanis during the flag-lowering ceremony.
Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) also known as Pakistani Taliban was founded by Maulma Kasim. The group has its inspiration from the Middle Eastern group Islamic State. It also has close relations with Al Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri. The organization chief jihadi commander Omar Khalid Khorasani is a journalist turned jihadi who wants to impose Sharia law in Pakistan. In February this year, Omar Khalid had beheaded 23 Pakistani soldiers.
