Jodhpur: The state government is planning to set up a massive amusement park between Jodhpur and Jaisalmer to attract tourists who visit the state. The government is on the lookout for the land where amusement park will be set up.
Divisional Commissioner R K Jain discussed the matter with the CMD of ITDC Lalit Pawar who asked him to send a proposal for the same. He also assured Jain of all possible help.
The park will be constructed in 3000 bigha of land under Public Private Partnership. The park will also have a helipad and an airstrip. A proposal to start helicopter service connecting the park to several religious places in the state has been sent to the Chief Secretary.
The Divisional Commissioner also asked the ITDC CMD for help in the on-going construction of civil airport at Jodhpur.
