Threat calls to release Godman Asaram, security beefed up at the Maharana Pratap Airport

    Udaipur: The security of Maharana Pratap airport beefed up after threatening calls received on Sunday morning claimed release of self-proclaim Godman Asaram Bapu within 15 days or else none of the Air India flights would take off and would cause havoc in the country.

    Vinay Dahima, Special Officer at Airport Authority has lodged an FIR at Dabok police station. According to ASP Revant Dan call made from a mobile was received on airport's air traffic control office landline.

    The unidentified caller claimed himself to be a resident from Raebareli in Uttar Pradesh. The police investigation revealed that the mobile number from which the call was made is registered in the name of Dharmendra Kumar located at Lalganj in Raebareli. Udaipur police with the help of UP police is trying to catch hold the accused.
